We lived our childhood playing and learning in our grandmothers Betty's restaurant
2018
We felt a call to heal the death of our grandmother and we opened Betty's Poblado in memory of her
2019
In our first year we received great national and international recognition for our healthy/vegetarian/organic/self-sustainable cuisine proposal.
2020
We expanded our Poblado local

The pandemic arrived and with it the adaptation, we created new products and opened a delivery line

We consolidated our dream work team and opened the catering channel

We opened our second location in the Laureles neighborhood and made a strategic alliance with Power Club
