It is not only our menu that respects the planet

Our plates are made of pewter, unlike other materials, this material is durable, resistant and can be used as many times as necessary, in contrast to other materials with a short lifespan. The wood of our countertops is durable, our suppliers are close by to limit travel: in short, we are happy to complicate our lives to reduce our ecological footprint (and yours, for the same reason).

100% natural food

That means: no frozen meals, no pre-seasonings, no ultra-processed products, meals for all types of diets (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), homemade salad dressings, and a 100% balanced menu. Our standards are high and that is what makes the difference.

We handle circular processes and reuse our organic waste. How? Well, turning them into compost!
